I lost my room card. The staff told me to charge 200k. I thought it was unreasonable, but the staff still forced me to charge 200k.
The location is nice close to a shopping mall. The actual rooms are less nicer than the photos and it’s a bit noisy at night and early morning due to traffic in the nearby main road. Staff are friendly. Cleanliness could be better.
This hotel isnt new as suggested in the listing. It's old, has a very yuk feel, it's dirty and the photos are very misleading. It's down a dirty little alley, set back from the river, the only redeeming feature is that it's very close to Vin Com shopping Mall. We booked in for 4 nights and left after 2, would've left after 1 except it was a Saturday night abd there wasn't much around that was affordable! I am so shocked that this place has got any good reviews, they must be AI or paid reviews. Saying the hotel was a good place to watch the fireworks mentioned as a positive in so many reviews is a red flag! The room was really dirty with a huge cockroach joining our room on the 1st night. The bed only had a dirty comforter on it, no clean sheets and it smelt musty. The city view is of an old bus depot. The other good thing was The girl on the desk was really nice! Sorry to be so negative, but only stay here if its an absolute last resort.. The sign at the elevators saying "no gambling, drugs or weapons allowed" should’ve been my sign to turn around and go straight back out the door as soon as we walked in!!
The hotel has many advantages: - Fully equipped: fridge, washing machine, kitchen, etc. - Spacious rooms, even the hallways and staircases are very large. - Located about 2km from My Khe beach and close to the center for convenient transportation. - Clean towels and linens. Disadvantages: - The room has many windows with glass but uses roller blinds that do not completely block out light, so by 5-6 AM the room is bright and hard to sleep. - The outdoor unit of the air conditioner faces inside the balcony where the washing machine is, so it can't vent properly, causing the air conditioner to take a long time to cool down. - No trash bin. Overall, the disadvantages are insignificant compared to the many advantages, so I think this is a place worth trying, especially for families.
Good location, neear Vincom, near Song Han Bridge, can go to downtown very fast. Even go to the beach just take 10 minutes Room was spacious and cozy with the view of fireworks from the room Will comeback again soon
