JD POLMAN Hotel

Everything is good

Staff is very nice

The hotel is nice but far from the river icon; however, the advantage is that we can sleep peacefully in quiet, which is great for business people who don't want to be disturbed by music until morning.

Very clean and amazing staff and services. Cleaned every day. Accommodated my requests. Great experience

The hotel lobby is bright, and the front desk staff provides warm, welcoming service. The rooms are well-equipped and impeccably clean. There’s an infinity pool on the rooftop with stunning views. Unfortunately, the breakfast is buffet-style and lacks variety, falling short of the standard at most Vietnamese hotels.

We stayed at JD Pullman as a group again this year, just like last year. Our group was very satisfied last year, so we came back this year, and once again, the satisfaction level is top-notch. The airport has moved, so it's now an hour away, but still, I want to come back next year, haha. The breakfast was decent, and the pool was nice. * If you go for breakfast late (after 7:30), some food may not be available, so go early. It was convenient being 15 minutes away from the Ion Mall. See you next year!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff here goes out of there way to make sure all is going well. Unfortunately, the hotel has one major flaw. If you're not a fan of cigarette smoke, then this place is not for you. There are no smoking signs everywhere you go, but that didn't seem to matter. On two separate occasions I pointed out people smoking in the lobby to the front desk. I was told that there was nothing they could do. What a shame, this hotel is such a beautiful place.

I stayed for a short period, and although it hasn't been long since it was built, the facilities are good, the rooms are clean, and overall, everything was great. It's a bit far from the city, but it was okay in its own way.
