Jpark Island Resort and Waterpark Mactan, Cebu

I used three nights last year and another three nights this year. If you have a child who loves playing in the water, it would be the best choice. If I go next time, I'd like to send them to an English class.

Our 1st time to stay here...waterpark is great....Pool bar too...spacious Room with balcony...great breakfast buffet....

Filipinohomes NATCON event in jpark in 2days the Deluxroom is comportable and big

Everything about it was disappointing. It’s cramped and crowded, the restaurants have long lines, the activities are expensive. My swimsuit ripped so I went to buy a new one, but it was extremely overpriced and they only accepted cash. I didn’t have enough cash, so I emptied my pockets but was still 50 pesos short and they wouldn’t accept it. I had to go back to the room, withdraw money, and it still took about 30 minutes to buy the swimsuit. When I asked staff for directions they just said “go over there” and that was it. At the waterpark restaurant the staff were chatting among themselves while people waited in line; they weren’t taking orders properly, there were no seats, and they didn’t even clear the few available tables.

I had a 2-night reservation and was thinking of extending one more night because of a red-eye flight, but the price they quoted over the phone was different from the price at the front desk, and every staff member I asked kept quoting a higher price. Agoda still had the lower rate, so I asked if I could reserve through Agoda and still keep the same room — only then did they acknowledge it, so I booked on Agoda and checked out that evening. They asked if I wanted them to get a taxi; I said yes, but when I went down there was no record of it, so I just booked a Grab myself. The restaurant had lines and I waited 30 minutes for breakfast — my first time waiting that long. The dining area was also dirty. Overall, it was really disappointing.

All good

the pool was so dirty. definitely needs a major renovation
