Thank you for Mas Dimas at receptionist. we request for connecting room and turns out got free upgrade to premiere room. My Daughter really enjoy having bubble bath and running around rooms. we have a really great time & good breakfast also. thank you! will be back soon

Good location good amnesties and value for money

It’s one of 5* hotels according to the rating, but only for the local guests. The room is equipped with standard furnitures and I love it when ac is blowing very cold, so I could sleep pretty good. Just a shame that they don’t manage the cleanliness of the bathroom properly, like basic 3* hotels with moulds around the corner. In fact, I just moved from 3* hotel that I paid half price of this hotel then I got the same bathroom unfortunately. The positive side though, all staff acted quickly after I reported. From housekeeping to engineering team, they communicated each other to solve the problem right away and also apologised to me immediately that’s what I call it hospitality. On the other hand, the receptionist didn’t give my preferred room obviously, I asked for the room to be away from elevator and have large bed coz I’d like to have it quiet. In fact, the short hair lady gave me twin bed deluxe room which is exactly by the elevator that I could hear the noise everytime people press the lift going up or down. The worst scenario when the next day they put a family with young children next to my room, I could hear them crying and playing through the non-soundproof wall that’s become too much! This hotel always has different functions every day, which make it crowd with the locals. Thus, the facilities need to be expanded, including the policy of using facility needs to be affirmed. There should be some lifts specially for guests and one built out of sight dedicated for staff. They also need to build a playground for kids, so their parents don’t have to bring them to the gym. Shame when adults wanna workout at the gym, but worried seeing babies walking around in bikini at the gym. The most annoying part is the pool towel smells fuel or some sort of diesel and the noise from the road can be heard on the 5th floor, where u just wanna relax ur mind by the pool but u can’t do that due to traffic (it’s funny that the structure and location of swimming pool exactly the same as Aston Malioboro Jogja, facing to the train and traffic, but they can filter the noise, unlike here unfortunately) Having said that, I’d like to acknowledge Mr. Dedi, the room division manager, who remembers my likings and listens to my problems here, even tried to give my favourite ice water just before I left the hotel.

Liked: Nice selection for breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Good location. Good value for the price.

Disliked: Sometimes crowded with people for events, but I guess that's the appeal for a lot of guests.
