“Very nice place”
The staff are very helpful and answers immidiately any inquiry thru email. Location is very near Galata Tower so you can easily access the restaurants and small shops. The room might be a bit small for a couple but I’m a solo traveller so the room works for me. Galata bridge is just 12-15min walk. This a perfect place to stay if you want to explore this area.

“Very good”
-Good location if you want to be in the centre of things, but it can get quite noisy. -The staff were helpful and very nice. -Lack of privacy in the toilets; could have better doors. -Unfortunately, it wasn't clean enough, and we got an eye infection which we suspect was caused by the pillows.

“Never ever”
The room does not match the picture when ordering. It is small and dark, dust everywhere, the ceiling is leaking. There is mold in the shower. The door between the bathroom and the room is just a flying door like a western door and it creaks terribly. The bed is small, about 160cm wide. The sheets were clean. People in the reception were nice.

Liked: Nothing really, the room was very dirty, dust in most places in the room, very bad smell in the rooms, the toilet door wasnt isolated so whatever you ate and shat you can smell, its literally a toilet with beds inside.

“Very good”
The hotel has a great location and is close to many key places, which is a big advantage. However, the rooms are very small and may not be comfortable for longer stays. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and their service was consistently positive throughout the stay, There are many bars in the area, which makes it quite noisy at night, and you may have difficulty sleeping. Its no parking in the area 😁

“One night”
No mugs for coffee/ tee in the room The room is not a close resemblance of the photos on the website. Stairs leading to the lift are a hazard. No bedside tables or lamps. This room should not be classified as a hotel room, rather a back packers
