“Great time in fun JW Marriott Essex in NYC.”

Liked: It was close to everything. There were good perks--daily newspapers, water, a gym. Breakfast was so so. I thought service could have been faster. Beautiful lobby. Good technology.

Disliked: Rooms had slow remote controls for the TV. It is just a normal hotel room. They offered a complimentary coffee maker but we did not use it. They need a pool. The rooftop lounge should be for everybody.
