Liked: quiteness - their name is true about what they are offering..... nothing more,nothing less.
Disliked: If I had had the chance to change after the first day, I would have done that.but we stuck with the payment. i stayed 17 days they never change the linen, or offer to clean the room. plus the drain in the bathroom very smily and has an odor coming out of it. i reported and they came to inspect.... nothing happened.... I was hoping they give a break......
Liked: the AC unit was very good
Disliked: the bed in room 206 absolutely reeked of BO under the sheets and the bathroom smelled weird
I think there are better places for the price per night. The accommodation itself is indeed inexpensive, but other expenses are high enough that the total cost is more expensive than accommodations in the city. The amenities provided are standard and not special compared to others. They do not provide Wi-Fi passwords, there are many regulations, and to contact the owner of the accommodation, you must do so through email. The bed is not suitable for sleeping several consecutive nights as it causes back pain, and it is far from the subway station. The best thing about this accommodation is its quietness.
Liked: Kinda close to yoga train station and that’s it
Disliked: Too much control from the staffs. Everyday id me receiving a threatening email to be kicked out if i do not follow their 1000 rules. Especially with the noise thing. We are told to keep our noise down but after midnight the neighbors started to ram their scooter or motorcycle which was very loud and disturbing. So not sure what kind of quiet neighborhood this is.

Liked: The space was clean and had everything we needed. The price was very affordable which allowed us to enjoy our time and spend money elsewhere in Tokyo. The rules were made very clear ahead of time.
Disliked: It's a bit farther from the train station than I expected, a 15 minute walk instead of 8 minutes which I initially thought. However, there's also a bus stop that's much closer and goes directly to a train station.
