K2 Hotel @Airport

Such a great choice and really cool ladies there. Also there's 7 eleven and amazon cafe there as well as lots of local option ☺️👍🏼💯

It's good for a 1 night layover if you want arrive late from the airport and there is no more busses to the port.. close to the airport to go to the bus terminal in the morning.

Liked: I liked how friendly the staff was and how we had our own private bathroom with a diver so it didnt get the toilet wet

Disliked: The air conditioning was very slow to cool down the room. We sweat for 2 hours still with the AC on. The fan was on max speed but was blowing hardly any air

Booked this as just for the night, right before flight, but was a mistake, I've been to budget hotels, but this was off the charts bad, especially the mattress, it was covered with a plastic sheet, which made it very noisy and uncomfortable. Every movement caused sounds, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. You can also hear the traffic very clearly from the room. Getting a good night’s sleep at this hotel is very difficult.

Liked: Very comfortable. I got in late and had a full dinner just off the minibar food in the room (wine, snacks, ramen)- this was extremely convenient for a busy travel day.

It's basically good except that the main component for a hotel is the bed and sleeping. In this case was it typical Thai mattress which was very hard and uncomfortable. This is easy to fix with a thick 7 to 8 cm mattress pad or else change the mattresses entirely. The staff was friendly but could not provide escort or even instructions as to where to find the room. There was a big TV and the room was clean and all else was okay. But I wouldn't stay here again mostly because of the mattress. An easy fix if they just considered that people are here for sleeping. Especially since it's near the airport that's why people stay to sleep over short-term. This is a long-term tourist location
