Kafieris Blue Santorini

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with a fantastic location and stunning views. The room was clean, comfortable and beautifully presented, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Firostefani is a perfect location — peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough to walk to Fira. Everything about our stay felt special, and we would happily return. Highly recommended!

Perfect location the view is nice and staffs arw friendly

Great location. Beautiful sea view

“This hotel has both pros and cons. On the positive side, it offers a beautiful view, a great location close to the city center, a nice pool, cleanliness, and a kitchen with a large fridge. On the negative side, even though we had already paid city tax, they charged an additional €** per night as an 'environment tax,' which was not mentioned anywhere in the hotel terms. The breakfast was also very basic and unremarkable.”

The hotel is located in a great area. With exceptional views and lesser crowds. The hotel room itself could have been better with nicer linens and towels. The towels were the worst. So rough and the color for the beach towels drab and harsh. If they improve on that the room would be more appealing.

Geräumige Zimmer, schöner Ausblick und nettes Personal. Nur die Stufen zum Hotel und zurück in die Stadt sollte man nicht unterschätzen.

It was a very deep pool, but the children were happy. Young children definitely need floaties. There were about three floaties available for free use. The night view was very beautiful. There was a wedding nearby that was lovely. I was told that if I booked through Booking.com, I would get a discount and transportation if I canceled. When we mentioned that we booked through Agoda, that conversation was dismissed. We requested transportation for 30 euros, but on the day they charged us 40 euros, and when I said it was 30 euros yesterday, they refunded 5 euros. The hotel is located quite low down, but the male staff helped carry our heavy suitcases up, which was very helpful. Breakfast doesn’t come on time. Overall, I am satisfied!!!

This apartment was in the ideal location, quite central and close to Fira. They hotel staff were courteous, but wanted us to cancel our booking and book directly with them due to some of our family not joining us on the santorini trip. I had told them I could not cancel as it was non refundable. The apartment was freshly painted, clean and cleaned each day with fresh towels. It was lacking some toiletries in the bathroom but there are mini markets around if you need anything. Breakfast was quite standard which was brought out to you. We requested no meat and the waiter made sure no meat was with our breakfast. The best location for sunrise and sunset. I would recommend not to book the studio apartment as it was very small. But overall I loved our views each and every day!
