“A good stay at the center of Kandy”

Quiet close to most prime locations of Kandy, this was the first proper hotel stay I had. Everything was good, however breakfast was a tad bit underwhelming (we both took the English breakfast another option was Indian). Otherwise, great stay for one night

Disliked: This hotel was not my first choice, but due to the heavy rain, we had no other option. The first thing that welcomed me was a cockroach in the room. I have a dust allergy, and after sleeping there, I woke up with a swollen face and eyes and blocked sinuses because of the dust I had to breathe all night. The cleanliness needs serious improvement.

Disliked: The property was the worst accomodation I have ever stayed at. It was far from clean and the manager was so rude. The bathroom was full of mould and we simply couldn’t stay and had to leave.

The location is unbeatable right in the heart of Kandy, so you are close to everything you need. Despite being so central, the rooms are wonderfully clean and comfortable. The highlight for us was the staff, who were genuinely kind and accommodating. Everything was exactly as we hoped.
