Liked: Rooms are spacious, clean and modern, second floor rooms have lovely balconies, you're on top of the mountain and the view is very nice, especially if you go on the rooftop. The place is quite, 10-15 minutes walk to the lake (when you go down the road, but longer when you return, so better order a bike or a tuktuk). But the best part is the owner - Kumari is a great, welcoming, helpful and very kind host. I will be happy to come and stay again.

This homestay truly provided me with a very pleasant experience throughout my stay. The room is spacious, airy, clean, and feels comfortable like home. The host is extremely friendly and very helpful, from guiding directions, arranging transportation, to advising on local attractions. Being located on a high mountain, the air here is fresh, cool, and quiet, making it especially suitable for relaxation. The homestay also has three adorable dogs and two cute cats. Additionally, the homestay offers laundry and drying services using hotel-grade washing and drying machines at a reasonable price of about 1000 LKR per load, which is very convenient for those staying for an extended period. A minor downside is that since the homestay is high up, it can sometimes be a bit difficult to catch a tuk-tuk on PickMe for the journey back (but getting down to the city center is not an issue). However, this is not a major problem as you can negotiate directly with the driver on the way back at a price of around 500–600 LKR. The surrounding area also doesn't have many restaurants, so if you want diverse dining options, you'll need to head down to the city center. Overall, this is a very worthwhile place to stay if you want to enjoy the peaceful mountain atmosphere and genuine hospitality.

Liked: I stayed at this homestay for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The place was very clean, peaceful, and felt like home. The host was kind and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Liked: Everything is good. Very friendly owner. Beautiful view 😍 You can to order taxi by pick me or you can get lake by walking (around 15-20 minutes).

Liked: Spotless and Spacious room with a large balcony where you will host friendly monkeys early morning 😎 Perfect spot for whoever looking for rest and calm. The owner is super nice and helpful
