“Excellent”

The hotel is nearby the Kandy lake, which we could see from our balcony. We walked for 2 minutes to reach the Kandy view point. For food, we ordered through Uber Eats and it was pretty fast. Loved the staff behaviour. In the morning, we had our breakfast at their rooftop which is pretty much open to nature. Enjoyed our stay there. However, please note that there are monkeys in the surrounding, therefore there are signs given in the hotel room to aware us that we don’t keep the balcony open for monkeys to enter. You will be notified about this by their kind staff. The room is pretty clean and comfortable.

“No generator, no buffet breakfast”

There was electricity failure and no generator in hotel! Just couldn't believe it initially. Afterwards I believed and prayed for electricity. From pictures, it felt breakfast is buffet but it was set menu. Maybe Agoda authority is not thoughtful what hotel post and actually gives. However, it's your choice

“You can enjoy breakfast!”

I stayed two nights. I enjoyed the Esala Perahera festival. The room was affordable, staffs were kind, and breakfast was good. Especially the view from restaurant was good. You can enjoy it. However shower pressure was not good. I hope they’ll fix it.
