Liked: It was close to everything we didn’t have to travel far

Liked: The toilet and the showers facilities especially the steam!

Liked: The location of the property was great as it was near all the hotspots of Miami/South Beach.
Disliked: The signage of the property was poor which made it difficult to find at first. The lobby area was desolate and needs to be addressed as there was clutter and different things that were visible to guests. Was advised there was no public parking and valet was $40 a day. Almost was advised a $300 hold on our card would be placed for the room. This was kind of unpleasant. There was an ant infestation on the patio area as well. Pool was still closed.
Disliked: The cleanliness was not up too par in the room. I requested a new room. The new room’s balcony was infested with ants.
