“Recommended but need to improve security”

We stayed at Kedaton Hotel during our trip to Bandung. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would still recommend it—the location is very convenient, and the staff communication was quick and helpful. They even allowed us to move to a different room after our first night, which we really appreciated. However, we had a very traumatizing experience on our first night. Late at night, women kept aggressively knocking on our room door claiming we ordered a massage service we never booked. They even tried to physically push our door open to force their way inside, which was extremely alarming. The hotel later explained that these women only had a photo of our key card on their phone. While we appreciate the staff handling our room transfer right away, management urgently needs to tighten security. Access past the lobby must be strictly enforced so that only actual registered guests with physical key cards can enter guest floors. Guest safety and privacy should always be the top priority. Lastly, breakfast was good.

“Exceptional”

I am happy with the old hotel with spacious rooms (feels more comfortable), strategically located especially for those who want to walk to Braga Street (less than a 5-minute walk), spacious and comfortable parking area, gym and pool facilities, all at an economical price.

“Classic has taken a step back by decades.”

The "old" nuance is still felt, good and well-maintained In the early years, this might have been one of the dream hotels Easy to reach Close to popular streets, just stay on the road.. and you'll get there..
