“Avoid this property”
Disliked: Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The property was nothing like the photos advertised on Booking.com and was in a condition I found completely unacceptable, so I left immediately and did not stay there. I had to book another accommodation for the same dates, meaning I effectively paid twice for the same dates. What is even more frustrating is that it has now been two months, and despite contacting Booking.com about the situation, I still have not received a proper response, resolution, or even a partial refund for the money I paid. You can see here multiple reviews from other guests describing very similar issues with the property. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend to stay away.

“No elevator, not a hotel, is an bnb”
This is NOT a hotel, with host, concierge etc. This is a bnb with no elevator, a restaurant made bnb, not recommended for tourists

“Excellent experience. Highly recommended!”
Liked: Kind and warm hosts who took care of our comfort all the time. Excellent cleanliness and all amenities in the room - air conditioning, refrigerator, hairdryer and even a coffee maker. The breakfast was generous, plentiful and incredibly delicious. It is convenient that the room is locked with a code. The metro station is in front of the hotel and the center of Vienna is a few stops away. There are many shops in the neighborhood. The hotel has its own restaurant where they prepare exceptional seafood specialties.

Liked: The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Did not receive check in information, didn’t have enough towels for our party, Multiple name changes Vienna lights apartment no such name as Mavie hotel Domenig, and domenig by Kent, we didn’t have wifi, the pillows were not good too hard and the soft ones were so soft had to fold them to use them, no elevator,

“Need Repair for Elevator”
Overall oke, but please repair the elevator. Its so hard to go to 4th floor with big suitcases.

“Convenient and well located”
Liked: Very comfortable bed, nice lightning, very well located, very thoughtful to have a coffee machine and ingredients to make coffee and tea.
Disliked: There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom, also noises from the plumbing. Something really bad was that the owner never warned me that the lift was not working, so I had to carry my bags all the way to the 5th floor.
