Kerry Hotel, Hong Kong

Liked: The property was incredibly clean, and the staff were beyond amazing. Friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. They even accommodated an early check-in a few hours ahead of schedule! The location is phenomenal, too. It’s just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city to enjoy some peace, yet conveniently located to get anywhere in Hong Kong quickly and easily. The best part, though, was the view from the room. Absolutely stunning and worth it on its own! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong.

Liked: This is a true 5 star hotel, we very much enjoyed our stay here for 4 night traveling from the US. The service is top notch and the staff are very friendly and welcoming, amazing spa facilities with hot tub and sauna which we used every morning, amazing rooftop infinity pool with a view of the Hong Kong skyline, and great room service that comes fast in a hot box so it arrives warm! The room we had was spacious, very clean, and had an incredible view of the water and skyline. If we ever come back to Hong Kong I would stay here again, and would highly recommend to anyone!

Liked: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong. From the beautiful environment to the exceptional service, everything was truly first-class. What impressed us most was the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, polite, patient, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. Whether it was the team at the front desk, the staff at the buffet restaurant, or anyone else around the hotel, we were always made to feel welcome and well looked after. A very special mention must go to the housekeeping team. They were absolutely amazing. Every day, after spending the day out exploring Hong Kong, we would come back, open the door to our room, and feel as though we were walking into a freshly prepared room all over again. Everything was beautifully cleaned, organised, and thoughtfully arranged. You could genuinely feel that they had taken their time and put real care into making the room comfortable for us. It was far beyond simply “cleaning a room” — the attention to detail was outstanding. The hotel itself is also exceptional: beautiful, elegant, and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was immaculate, and every towel was fresh, clean, and perfectly white. Throughout our entire stay, we honestly could not find a single thing to complain about. We have stayed at many hotels around the world, and Kerry Hotel Hong Kong is without doubt one of the most impressive hotel experiences we have ever had. The combination of a beautiful property, outstanding cleanliness, and genuinely exceptional service makes this a truly world-class hotel. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would absolutely love to come back again.

Liked: Great customer service. Fantastic rooftop bar with views. Good food at breakfast and in the lobby bar. Staff were excellent. Infinity pool overlooking the skyline was really special.

Disliked: We had to leave!

Liked: The location was good. Easy to access the MTR and buses. The rooms were a good size. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was excellent quality and range.

Disliked: The only issue was that we tried to use the outside bar one evening and were told it had been booked by a private party. At that time (20:30) no one was using it.
