“Still great, but a little disappointing this time.”
Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. This time we had a problem, and the night staff was quick to resolve it.
Disliked: Was a little disappointed this time, as the coffee maker was missing. There were no coffee mugs and only one water glass for the four of us. Not enough towels.

“The price was good but the experience not so much”
Liked: The price of the stay was good fro 4 people and a small breakfast.
Disliked: First, finding the location of this hotel was impossible - no place does it tell me that I have to be calling to reception to get my elevator activated to arrive at reception. And every time I wanted to come or go, I had to call reception. It's a pain! The bed sheets weren't super clean, we had to ask for towels, the bathroom piping has a very unpleasant smell (which I had read about in previous reviews but hoped was fixed by now) and the noisiest 'zumba' class in the evening that literally vibrated through our room - was not allowing us to have an early night for an early morning...

“Kharma always comes around.”
Liked: Location. Friendliness of the staff. Clean comfortable room.
Disliked: Breakfast menu was kind of sparse. There was no tea available and I don't like coffee. Some hot water and a few tea bags can't be that expensive. Room safe wasn't working, but didn't need it anyway.

“Big beautiful rooms, bad wifi”
Liked: Very large, spacious, unique-looking and beautiful rooms; spacious bathroom, very good location near shopping centers, the shower gets hot very quickly
Disliked: The hotel's Wi-Fi doesn't reach the rooms. They suggest another open wifi that works, but it's not the hotel's official Wi-Fi. The car park is creepy. The lighting in the bathroom isn't the best.
