“Excellent”

Liked: The staff provided impeccable service.

Disliked: The open hole from the bathroom area to the living area that had a pull down blind to separate them. Weird!

“Excellent”

Liked: Hotel employee at the check in desk allowed us to check in at 1 pm. Just getting off of a flight and having luggage, it was a relief to be able to use the room and resort pool. It was greatly appreciated.

Disliked: The rugs and carpet were terribly dirty and stained. Our nachos at the pool had hair, the Manager did remake them.

“Exceptional”

Liked: The balcony view of the Miami River and all the skyscrapers that like the one I was in and I was on the 24th floor I had a bird's eye view of everything

Disliked: I had a handicap accessible room rainfall shower and handheld with bench attached to the wall but once you sit down on the bench you cannot control the showers because everything is right behind you and the handheld shower only has hot water going to it

“Perfect for our needs”

I met my 2 adult daughters to see them off on their first cruise and the hotel was located very near the port and within easy access to the strip. Perfect for our needs.
