Overall district 1 is a convenient place to stay. Hotel was clean and staff friendly.

The hotel is in a great location. The service was 5 stars and every single staff was so friendly and polite. Our room was clean, the bed was super comfy and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Would definitely return if we come back to Saigon.

stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. so, heres my pros and cons on living here. on the first night, we were given a room that had construction by the government going on next to our room. before going to room, the staffs were quick to inform us about it, and suggested changing to an alternate room the next night. they also helped us move our stuff to the new room while we were out for the day. staff were incredibly polite and friendly. whenever we, or any guests, would leave the hotel, they would open the door for them. really nice gesture. and they would always greet us with a smile. the location of the hotel is really not bad. it is in walking proximity to a few of ho chi minh's tourist attractions, like saigon central post office, café apartment etc. you can walk to many places in less than 20 minutes. the hotel looks generally clean. breakfast buffet was great too. however, there was a slight problem for us during the stay too. on the first night and first room, we noticed a small stain on the bedsheet. while they were changing the bedsheet, we also noticed that the bedsheet protector under it was also slightly dirty. unfortunately, on the second night and second room, the bedsheet also had a small stain on it too. housekeeping did do their job, and immediately changed it for us on both accounts. for the second room, we were given a room opposite the lift, so it was kinda noisy even late at night, as there were people going back to their rooms... other than that, our stay here was really great and pleasant. especially because we were serviced by great staffs. + nearby this hotel has a lot of japanese restaurants and bars too

Whether it was opening the door every time we entered, greeting us with a friendly hello, or wishing us goodbye whenever we left, it was the little things that made our stay so memorable. The level of care and professionalism was outstanding. Even something as simple as housekeeping went above and beyond. Our room was always spotless, the bed was beautifully made, and our belongings were thoughtfully organized with care and respect. What impressed me the most was how proactive and attentive the staff were. We rarely had to ask for anything because they were always one step ahead, checking in on us, offering assistance, and making sure everything was taken care of. Any request was handled quickly, efficiently, and without a single issue. Their willingness to help always felt genuine rather than simply part of their job. One particular detail that stood out was their willingness to bring our food deliveries directly to our room. It’s such a simple gesture, but something you don’t often experience with larger hotel chains, and it really speaks to the level of hospitality they provide. The biggest highlight of our entire stay was undoubtedly the staff. Their kindness, professionalism, initiative, and genuine willingness to go above and beyond made us feel incredibly well taken care of. It’s rare to find a hotel where exceptional service is so consistent across every interaction. The staff don’t just meet expectations; they anticipate your needs before you even have to ask. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and would absolutely stay here again. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our experience so wonderful!

Value for money, decent location @ short walk to japanese street. Grab is near & convenient to most of the local / michelin food + sight seeing tourist spot

The staff were exceptionally helpful with our luggage upon arrival, especially as there was a flight of stairs leading up to the lobby. Mr Daniel was incredibly kind and assisted us with our luggage throughout our stay, always greeting us with a huge smile. Our special request was also very well taken care of, and the room decorations for our celebration were beautifully done. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and the receptionist kindly arranged a late check-out for us as well. We had such a comfortable and cosy stay and truly felt at home throughout our time here. We would definitely come back for our next stay and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience!

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, location was good. Breakfast wasn't the best but for the price of the room, can't complain.
