The best thing about this place is the caring staff - especially Ryan. The place was one of the best hotel i stayed (referring that i have travel to so many places around the world) Value for money is absurd

Liked: The staff was very lovely, and attentive. They even went out of their way to make me feel very special for my birthday by getting me a delicious birthday cake with my name piped on it. The onsen was very enjoyable and the space felt very comfortable and very central. Would absolutely recommend to anyone spending time in Ho Chi Minh!
Booked this hotel because of the title Onsen, although only found out Onsen is not included nor with in house guest price. We still managed to book one slot for the Onsen. The hotel is clean, open concept wardrobe, TV they need you to login your own Netflix/ YouTube account. Location wise consider convenience, two convenience store at the same roll. Can easily book a grab bike too, staff is very helpful.

The hotel is within walking distance to Vincom and Nguyen Hue. There are plenty of food options nearby. Staff is friendly and the service is impeccable. A key highlight of this hotel is the private onsen next door and guests get a discount for booking the onsen

If I could give Kin Hotel 10 stars, I absolutely would! The room looked exactly like the photos, was well lit, spacious and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and very welcoming. Location is within walking distance to many great food, cafes and shopping with 2 convenience stores right below the hotel and a pharmacy opposite. Highly recommended and would definitely rebook on my next visit to HCMC!
