“Very good”
The room is clean and reasonably priced, with complete amenities, but the small, fair-skinned female staff could improve her communication with customers. I come to stay here often because I see it's cheap and close to the airport, and it's easy to find food. I often recommend it to friends and relatives, but the staff speaks in a tone that sometimes sounds like they’re saying we should stay for free. Sometimes her tone is harsh, sometimes it’s soft, but other than that, everything else is okay.

“Above average”
I wouldn't recommend if you are traveling alone as a girl. The hotel gives off not so good vibe but the room conditions were great

“Disappointed”
Highly disappointed,woman in the front desk was worse than women at flea market she was unprofessional and had no idea of her job,she call me stupid and f#*k you to me,I paid and had receipt also the email,but not in the hotel system,that happened I know,after all bad words she used,I was very angry,she didn’t had any respect for guests and used very bad language, told to call police,then a different lady approached and solve the problem,it was easy,but why a hotel hired this type of bad woman,it’s bad for Thailand and to the hotel,the the room was very bad nothing there as they said,no windows,balcony or anything,it’s out door shower,bed sheets not changed for days,it’s filthy and had sand on top,half drank water bottles and rubber bands on the floor never cleaned,no soap,shampoo,the bedsheets had smell,cobwebs on every light,it was very unpleasant experience,never recommend for anyone. Rooms Not clean,even the bedsheets used by other guests,

“Mixed Experience Overall”
Lobby – Not bad. Receptionists – I met three receptionists. Two of them were nice, and one was a bit unprofessional but still okay. Their English is not very good, but it’s enough for basic conversation. Lift – I think the lift is old, and it sometimes shakes while moving, which scared us. Room – It looked okay at first glance, but when you look more closely, the pillows, blanket, and bed sheets were dirty. The clothes hangers were broken (not a big deal though). The mattress was fine for me, unlike what others mentioned in the comments. Some bathroom items were broken and old. The WiFi worked well for the first four hours, but after that, it stopped working. Location – There is 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel, as well as Mini Big C and Mini Lotus. I ate at nearby restaurants, and they were good. So, I would say the location is not bad and it’s not far from the main road. Other Info – They ask for a 500 THB deposit and do not provide shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, or a toothbrush. For the price, I made my reservation through the Agoda app, and it cost around 400 THB, which is very budget-friendly. However, when I wanted to extend my stay for another night, they said it would cost 800 THB and for walk-in as well which is not worth it.

Affordable without buffet breakfast. Easy access to food store, laundry. Good for a place to sleep.
