“Great stay”

It was a great hotel and a good location. I stayed here for a concert in my town but the stay was amazing. But there is a $200 damage fee that they give back which is the only bad thing but everything was great.

“The best locations for traveling in Chicago.”

It was the best location for a trip to Chicago. It's a great spot for sightseeing the city on an architecture cruise. The accommodation was clean, and the breakfast was good. I think I will book this place again the next time I go to Chicago.

“Good Location”

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Kinzie Hotel! The location was fantastic, with so many places within walking distance, making it really convenient to explore the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and luggage storage was available, which was a nice bonus. The only disappointment was the breakfast. It was a basic grab-and-go setup served in a small room without windows, so the experience wasn't particularly enjoyable. That said, the excellent location more than made up for the breakfast. Overall, a pleasant stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again!

“So close to great”

It’s nice. A great location near the river walk and a 10 min walk to State St shopping. Check in staff was friendly. Bed sheets and towels crisp and clean. Nice toiletries. Generally clean room with average decor. A reasonably interesting view of Kinzie St and I can allllmost see the State St bridge. Tv works well. I am 50/50 on the bed comfort, which is super important to me - not terrible but could use upgrade and pillow top of some kind to really make it a good sleep. BUT….the bathroom fan SCREAMS whenever we turn the light on or off. Toilet difficult to flush and sometimes takes some handle jiggling. Shower looking a little rough and the shower curtain is literally falling apart. And the worst part - the bed pillows are the weirdest, smallest, lumpiest and most uncomfortable pillows I have ever experienced at a hotel. I don’t know what they’re going for here. Overall, a decent stay, but some maintenance items could be addressed and, for the love of god, give guests some normal bed pillows!
