The room is really spacious. We have 2x big luggage and 1x small luggage, after opening up all we still have a a lot of walking space. The hotel is new, clean, air conditioning works great. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The hotel location is superb, walking distance to the shopping and market area with a lot of food choices available. Bonus point with having luggage transfer point available. Definitely will come back here to stay if we are coming Kyoto again.
We stayed there 5 nights. Location is perfect! The nice ladies at the reception were very helpful, were really friendly and spoke good english. A lounge was offered with free coffee and tee, they offer also some snacks in the morning and evening too. Cons: you cannot open the window in the room and you can’t look through it ( is frosted). It was weird at first then you get used to it so it didn’t disturb us much. The towels don’t dry very quickly because of the material, but they provide fresh ones every day, so it wasn’t really a problem. Overall, i would recommend it!

Liked: The staff was amazing. They were always looking for ways to make your trip easy. This is the most effect place I have stayed. The hotel paid attention to little things that make travel easier. They provided so many simple extras so you dis not need to ask. But they were so nice you dis not hesitate to ask for help. You felt welcomed more than like just another tourist

I would definitely book again if ever visiting Kyoto in the future. The hotel is only a short walk from train, bus and Nishiki Market. The staff speak English and very nice. The room is fully equipped with TV, fridge, freezer bottled water and full set toiletries in the western setting shower room. There is also a lounge area in the lobby with free drinks and coffee (and bread in the morning) which is awesome for before and after check-in/out. This hotel is not just great value but a steal. Highly recommended ❤️
