“Not deluxe studio”

“Will definitely stay again here”
It does not look very grand from the outside but the rooms are very nice and modern and clean and well maintained. Sufficient space, very comfortable bed, i like the complimentary coffee and tea. I also like how their default is cleaning the room everyday unless otherwise requested. Gym is always open! For the price, I never expected a gym. Happy with the stay here. I love the staff!! Super loved my room

“Happy with my stay”
It does not look very grand from the outside but the rooms are very nice and modern and clean and well maintained. Sufficient space, very comfortable bed, i like the complimentary coffee and tea. I also like how their default is cleaning the room everyday unless otherwise requested. Gym is always open! For the price, I never expected a gym. Happy with the stay here. I love the staff!! Super loved my room

If you wanna be near Tuol Tompong market, affordable and clean hotel, nice hotel staff, then Kira is for you. Highly recommended!

“Good location and price, but terrible service and hygiene.”
Pros: The hotel is located in the center of town and is reasonably priced. Cons: Reception Behavior: The front desk staff is highly unprofessional and unwelcoming. They act as if they are doing you a favor by letting you stay, completely ignoring basic customer service. Hygiene: The washroom was infested with cockroaches, which is a major health and cleanliness issue. Room service was also highly unsatisfactory. Amenities & Assistance: There is absolutely no porter assistance. You are left to carry all of your luggage by yourself during both check-in and check-out. For a paid stay, the lack of respect and cleanliness makes it a place to avoid.
