KL Hotel Marina Square

The hotel is labeled as 4*. The price is high (over 1.4 million VND/night after discount), but the service quality is like a guesthouse. The bathroom is clogged, and the location is desolate and far from the center. The price does not match the quality. You should not stay here.

The hotel is only worthy of 2 stars — dirty, smelly, dusty, and the rooms lack basic amenities. They don't even provide enough towels or body soap. The bathroom is clogged.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke. There was nothing in the room except an electric kettle. The view was of a construction site. Exactly like a guesthouse, not a hotel.

The hotel room was okay, close to the beach. However, the hotel is located in a construction area so I didn't feel very comfortable. It will probably be better in a few years once everything is completed. Breakfast at the hotel had few items and the food was sparse—not what you’d expect for a 4-star property.

The hotel is under construction so the entrance is very hard to find. The room was OK and the location is decent, but I'm very disappointed given the price.

Close to the sea, it's not convenient to go to many entertainment places or those reviewed in Ha Long, the hotel is new, beautiful, and spacious.

Beautiful room, reasonable price.

Beautiful Hotel but run very bad. I was there 3 days, never cleaned my room, no tea/coffee there was only cups. Never replaced water once. I was suppose to have breakfast included, but only on first day, once bus tours left, that was it. The two young people running a big hotel like that is unexcepable, no manger to complain too. They would not refund two breakfasts, so to go and buy from cafe
