“Outdated”

“Very good”

Liked: Nice surroundings, wooded, away from the city. On a river. It was great to be able to get out onto the patio and enjoy the night. The staff gave us great suggestions about where to find parking for the Oktoberfest in Hamburg.

Disliked: The pool was not available, but they gave us breakfast instead.

“Acceptable”

Liked: It was in a nice green environment.

Disliked: The hotel is old and dated with very thin walls. You hear the business of all your neighbors. Staff is not attentive, trying to get service at the front desk is impossible. Management walks around, but does nothing. Checking out when everything is prepaid should not take 6 Minutes.
