“Excellent”

Disliked: We arrived at 09:00 AM. I previously requested early checkin. I was told our room may not even be ready till after 6:00 PM! So I moved to a lower floor room and had access at 2:00 PM. Checkin experience was terrible. Everything else was wonderful.

Liked: The variety and quality of the food is very good. Rooms are very comfortable, the horizon club if included in the amenities, offers good value for money. Staff is professional, friendly and truly helpful. Location is good for many purposes, business, also to airport.
