Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel

The reception person all & the manager they don’t know how to talk to the customer and they don’t know how to talk with girls so rude behaviour if you ask to help they are not ready for any single consideration so bad experience and at the reception person all are has to take knowledge how to talk with customer and girls and how to treat the customer

Liked: The receptionist

Disliked: Nothing at all

Liked: Break fast not complement for me, that want to make complement for all guests. Room is good. Location is congested I feel.

Disliked: Outside no space for park vehicle and not comfort for take luggage

Liked: Location, Room, Breakfast was good

Disliked: Room Service was not good, we asked for plates & glasses it took 20-25 minutes, we called for why it is delaying after request it will take 15min, We have 2 cars, we request to adjust our car parking, they did not allow us to park 2nd car, already requested in the morning on Check in date, but still they didn't accept our request TV was there but unable to connect our mobiles, only local channels were available.

Liked: Service very bad, and bad behaviour

Liked: The property is spick and span, while the staff is very well trained and courteous. We also happen to try their inhouse South Asian restaurant - Tenggara, the food was delicious, the attendants eager to help with the menu. Overall, we loved our stay experience.

Disliked: NA

Liked: The suite was super spacious, very quiet and close to the elevator.

Disliked: The staff should be more polite. For example there was road work just outside the hotel, so parking was limited. When my associate came to pick me up from the hotel, the hotel security was very rude to him and told him that this is not a public parking and you need to take the vehicle away.
