Liked: Very beautiful and cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even when I forgot something in the room, the next day they already had sent it to me. Very good and tasty breakfast. A very good and convenient location.

“Love this hotel!”

They absolutely did their best to welcome us and make our stay as nice as possible:) the staff are all kind and polite and the room and amenities are super clean. We even had a problem with Yamato when we did luggage forwarding from Tokyo to Kyoto and the reception helped us so much! Would happily go back! x
