Seh schöne Lage, das Restaurant unten sehr gut auf Sterne Niveau, Frühstück mittelmäßig und etwas chaotisch da zu wenig Platz und Service kommt nicht hinterher, auch steht benutztes Geschirr, Gläser oft noch Stunden später in den Aufenthaltsräumen. Zimmer hellhörig - man hört jede Tür. Aber insgesamt ein schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage mit kleinem Wasserfall nahebei. Wir kommen gerne wieder

“Wonderful view”
Liked: Location is wonderful. Nice breakfast. Direct access to the lake beach (kayaks included in the stay)
Disliked: My room did not have AC. I had a fan an did ok, but couldn’t open balcony doors at night due to insects

“Incredible restaurant, great views, lovely staff. However a bit dated and lak view rooms lack any privacy with loud room”
Liked: Incredible in-house restaurant AUITA. A must do for dinner while staying. Great views. Lovely staff.
Disliked: Very little privacy in the lake view rooms with terrace and you can hear all the noise from rooms next door. Rooms a bit dated.

“after 38 years, to reencounter Bariloche at this place, it was unforgettable.”
Liked: nothing new, its location and its view from my room. furthermore, with the window open, to be able to hear the water of the Nahuel Huapi lapping against the rocky coast: bonus maximus. the hotel felt like a grand mountain chalet, and to sit by the fireplace, caressing and nurturing a glass of malbec in one hand, and holding a book on the other: not priceless, for there is a price, but pretty wonderful indeed; hence my rating.
Disliked: nothing negative to say.
