“No water”
No water in the room, not clean, mold in shower, after I told them about thr running water issue, they shrugged their shoulders and charged me the full price anyway….. I would not stay there gain!

“Fell Far Short of Expectations”
An unfortunate experience that unfortunately fell well short of its glowing online ratings—we only booked here because our previous accommodation was fully booked for those two days. While the location is undeniably strategic, the property bears little resemblance to its photographs. We received a basic triple room instead of the family room we reserved, and a promised room change never materialised. The bathroom was particularly unpleasant smell! featuring the not manage to closed the bathroom door, questionable water quality, and no shower holder to take bath, compounded by noisy roadworks right outside. Given these issues and the stark contrast with its high reviews, future guests would be wise to manage their expectations. Should we are the one being unlucky this time?

“A fair stay”
Liked: Location. Staff was nice and friendly, specially Mostafa who was helpful and tried to accommodate our needs. The room was basic but the price we paid was also fair. We don't have a major complain.
Disliked: cleaning (in areas like under the bed)

Liked: Nothing was good
Disliked: This is a rwo star hotel that in many sites sells as 5star. When I asked they said we are two are comments is 5star. Nonsense! This is a cheatimg thst no one take responsibility to change it. I asked for canceling but they refused it.

Liked: The hotel is ideally located in the city centre, making it very convenient and easily accessible. It is clean, safe, and well-maintained. The staff are incredibly attentive, caring, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to the receptionists, Mustafa and Malik, who always made sure that guests had everything they needed and that nothing was missing during their stay. And a special thanks to the manager, who was always present and genuinely attentive to the comfort and well-being of the guests. He has created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel, which made my stay truly special. I genuinely felt at home. You made my stay perfect, and if I had to choose again, I would definitely choose this hotel without hesitation. I’ll definitely be coming back soon! ❤️

“Good Hotel!”
Liked: The staff was really nice. The rooms were clean. It's economical. The locations is superb. Quite close to Taksim and Istiklal Street. Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: There are just some minor things which needs to be fixed, e.g., the bathroom shower. It's holder was brokern. Other than that, it's definitely worth the price. Even surpasses it.
