La Passion Saigon Hotel

This is my first time in this hotel, though I have been to Sai Gon countless times. The location is great, very close to the Presidential Palace. The room is not huge, though it is more than adequate. Nice shower. Staff has gone out of the way for me- giving directions, making dinner reservations, etc. Breakfast was quite good: many choices, I will consider returning here. Oh, I almost forgot. The rooftop pool is great. And keeping it open until 10 pm is a bonus. Most hotels close their pools at 6 pm.

This was our very first stay here in Vietnam, and we absolutely loved this hotel! The staff has been incredibly helpful and kind to us and our room had been spotless. The breakfast had a wide variety that they changed the next day and it all tasted great. The beds were also comfortable and very clean. The staff was the best part, many spoke English and regardless were always kind and seemed to know exactly what we needed. We forgot to take pictures but the pictured shown on the website are exactly what we experienced. Would highly recommend! The only downside we could think of was sometimes we could hear the hallway. That being said, we never heard anything at night and it was not overly noisy, just maybe some doors opening and closing. It was never a concern and nothing white noise couldn't fix anyways. We stayed on the 5th floor. Thank you so much, if we get to come back to HCMC we would stay here again!

We went with our 25-month-old baby and were given a room upgrade, allowing us to stay in a larger room. The friendly service, clean facilities, a pool for sand play, and the nearby beach were all very satisfying. Despite it being the rainy season, it did not rain on the days we stayed and was just overcast, making it great for water play. The breakfast was also excellent, and the late check-out was a big help. Thanks to Hyatt, we are now thinking about going to Da Nang again. We plan to visit Da Nang Hyatt for our next vacation as well.

The place is great for the value and great location. It's really a pretty boutique like hotel. Beds were very comfortable. But please be careful about booking the Superior rooms as they are on the Ground Floor. The noise level from the people moving about at the lobby can be a wee bit distracting for those who are light sleepers.

The hotel staff were very friendly, Doris, Ben, and Alice provided a lot of help during our three-day trip, and there was also a doorman whose name I didn't catch but who spoke a bit of Chinese and was very enthusiastic in helping us; I'm very grateful to him. The hotel is very well-located, within walking distance to many city center hotels and shopping centers, and overall the value for money is quite good.

La Passion Hotel offers fantastic value for money in Ho Chi Minh City. The location is prime and super convenient, within easy walking distance of Independence Palace. The room itself was tastefully decorated with sleek modern aesthetics, a very plush bed, and a gorgeous walk-in shower. The only downsides were that no disposable slippers were provided, and the drinking water comes in recycled, purified glass bottles instead of sealed standard bottles. Despite these small details, the reasonable rates, central location, and cozy atmosphere make it a solid boutique choice in Saigon.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would especially like to recognize Doris and Sarah for their outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, they were both warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making the whole experience feel welcoming and effortless.
