“Wonderful and helpful staff, incredible views, great location.”

Liked: This is a lovely hotel with character and great views.

Disliked: The breakfast could be better. The dinner could have more options, including a few simple ones.

“It was awesome, and would stay here again on my next trip to nice.”

Liked: The stay was great, staff were friendly, breakfast was nice, and location was super. Over all a wonderful experience.

Disliked: The breakfast can be brought to the room but there were extra charges for the egg or cheeses. It would have been nice if a full breakfast could be brought to the room with out the extra charges.

“Exceptional views and premier location with thoughtful amenities”

Liked: Beautiful vistas from the hotel. Rooms are large and spacious for Europe and have all necessary amenities.

Disliked: The hotel is older and appears run down, I.e., baseboards are cracking in rooms. It also takes several minutes to get to your room as there are multiple elevators to take and hallways to navigate. Value for the cost of the stay is a bit out of balance. Location with the views is killer so that is likely what you pay for.

“would ove to return one day, but only if the sunbeds are changed”

Liked: location, staff, restaurant

Disliked: first day there was a rat next to the swimming pool which got us all on edge that were there. I emailed reception to let them know and someone came almost immediately to remove. The sun beds are absolutely terrible, the backs collapse constantly giving all a shock so you can't just relax in that area, The pool wasn't a nice experience for us.
