“Highly recommended”

I took a trip to Ha Long in October, when it wasn’t too crowded with tourists. Everything was wonderful, and I was very satisfied with my experience, from the cleanliness of the room to the staff’s enthusiasm and friendliness. Highly recommended for anyone looking to have an enjoyable trip to Ha Long!

“A pleasant stay”

I love this hotel. Clean and quiet place. But quite far from the centre. So don't expect if you ran out of sunscreen you can go to any shops nearby but there isn't. Beautiful area but most buildings are empty. If you check out in the morning like 7am there's no one in the front desk so better let them know the night before if you're checking out early. Also I went for a cruise and came back a bit late for my check out. I been told they will keep my staff in the reception area, but when I come back they didn't touch my things. Overall a good stay.

“Exceptional”

Liked: Great hotel and amazing staff! The room was very clean, the bed was huge. The team helped with everything, day and night, and suggested great spots to check out. Laundry service was available. We visited in October — the area was quiet and the beach was almost empty, but many places were closed. Loved the peaceful vibe!

Disliked: The mattress was quite firm

“Ks is very beautiful.”

I stayed here for one night in a top-floor room with a sea view and the largest bed (2.1 m). Everything was comfortable and well equipped, and the staff were very enthusiastic and friendly. I will stay here every time I visit and will recommend it to many people.
