Liked: Location, cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff

Disliked: Too modernistic stark and interior bedrooms. I always nearly bump into the wardrobe glass divider.

Liked: Location with unique design and atmosphere.

Disliked: Some facilities should be renovated, for example the gym equipment and swimming pools.

Liked: Good location, unique room, front desk was friendly and allowed us to check in very early, also felt safe returning at 3am, queer-friendly (no one questioned us sharing a 1-bed room)

Disliked: Some stains on the pillowcases, hotel staff member approached us at breakfast (which was included in our stay) and told us we had to pay extra to eat, it was awkward to have to explain we had already paid, and she did not approach anyone else…

Liked: Beautifully designed hotel

Disliked: Unbelievably loud noise every night from bar next door making sleep almost impossible. Many of facilities looking tired and need investment eg jacuzzi doesn’t work, shower control falling off wall in room

Liked: Nice rooms, comfortable. Mini bar, has a restaurant attached. Kind staff.

Disliked: Pillows weren't comfortable to me.

Liked: Great staff. Great design.

Disliked: Jacuzzi needs to be relined.

Liked: Breakfast, Room, Architecture, Hanger in the room

Disliked: Machines were broken in Gym

Liked: Location and it was sort of a historic architecture.

Disliked: The room is not sound-proof. You could definitely hear the noises outside the hotel.
