Liked: conveniently located, easy booking

Disliked: No Bathroom for guests in the lobby, fridge in room didn’t work, guest service could have been better

Liked: breakfast was ok, location was great for everything we did.

Disliked: hotel was not very clean, water did not work in bathroom, had to get maintenance to come. TV very limited, no local channels, no major channels, no amenities other than breakfast. Parking lot had a lot of potholes. Very run down, property needs major work and upgrades.

Disliked: Denny’s next door was a mess

Liked: The location was convenient for our weekend trip to Albuquerque. However, the overall experience was disappointing, especially considering how much we paid for our stay

Disliked: I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. First of all, there was no hot water in the shower, which is unacceptable when paying for a hotel room. The bathroom was extremely small, with barely enough space to move around comfortably. The entire room felt outdated, and the property is definitely in need of renovations and improvements. The ice machine on the second floor was not working, which was another inconvenience. The complimentary breakfast was also very disappointing, with poor quality and limited options. Another major issue was that our room did not have a refrigerator or microwave, even though these amenities were advertised online. I expected to receive what was listed when I made my reservation. What frustrated me the most was how overpriced this hotel was for the weekend. I understand that prices increase during busy events in Albuquerque, but the quality of the accommodations and services should still reflect what guests are paying. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Overall, I feel that I paid way too much for a hotel that failed to provide even basic amenities and comfort. I would not recommend staying here at these prices unless significant improvements are made.

Liked: Breakfast was cold, minimal selection but no meat

Disliked: Room had no refrigerator, tv did not work, bathroom light flickering the whole stay and lamp by the bed didn't have a light bulb. Ask front desk 3 times to fix. Trash piled up in several areas of the property including mattresses. Refund should be given!!!

Liked: Nice people working at the front desk. Good location-close to the field for the Balloon Festival.

Disliked: Shower not working properly

Liked: Location was ideal to attend annual Balloon Fiesta!

Disliked: Worn and dirty parking lot.

Liked: Great service and good rooms for the prices

Disliked: No complaints
