“Acceptable”

1 night mgmt helped w loud neighbor 1am to 4:30 am but 2nd night wd not pick phone. When damp, towels smell moldy. By 2nd day room smelled really moldy and like dirty socks. So we asked for housecleaning the next (3rd) day but not done. On 3rd afternoon the room was nauseating. They wd not do anything. Horrible. Disgusting. The hallways outside the room seemed to not have been vacuumed for months.

Disliked: They probably need to demolish this building and rebuild it from scratch. There so much to do, from the evelators to electrical work, etc.
