My wife and I visited La Residencia to celebrate our 15th anniversary, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences of our lives. A special thank you to Thomas, the hotel manager, whose warm hospitality and genuine kindness made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. We are also deeply grateful to Rocio and Clara for helping us arrange our reservations at El Olivo and Café Miró. The tables they selected for us were absolutely perfect. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. The beautiful settings, the exceptional service, and the unforgettable atmosphere made our anniversary celebration incredibly special. It was a truly touching experience, and one that we will remember for the rest of our lives. The only reason I am not giving a perfect review is that, while most of the staff were exceptionally professional and welcoming, there were a few interactions with individual team members that felt less warm and attentive toward Asian guests. I do not believe this reflected the values of the hotel as a whole, and I hope this feedback can be taken constructively, as every guest deserves to feel equally welcomed and respected. Despite this, our overall experience was wonderful, and we remain sincerely grateful to Thomas, Rocio, Clara, and the many team members who made our stay so special. This was not just a hotel stay—it was a once-in-a-lifetime anniversary experience that we will treasure forever.

Liked: This is the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. You can feel from the moment you arrive that everything is truly about the guests. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully designed, and it’s genuinely a pleasure to be there. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive—not just polite, but genuinely caring. At breakfast, you can really taste the quality of the ingredients; everything is fresh and delicious. I will definitely come back.
