“Exceptional”
The newly renovated hotel is clean and beautiful, but the soundproofing is very poor (rooms on the first floor near the reception are noisy due to frequent comings and goings of guests).

“Wonderful holiday”
Hotel right in the center. Convenient and close to the night market. There is a convenient parking lot with easy access. The reception staff are super lovely and attentive.

“BEAUTIFUL VIEW, CONVENIENT LOCATION”
****Pros: - I read the reviews but was a bit worried when booking, afraid of fake reviews, but after staying, my family was satisfied. - BEAUTIFUL VIEW. I stayed in an apartment on the 5th floor, the window looks out to the chicken church and the Vinaphone tower. - CONVENIENT LOCATION for getting around, a 10-minute walk to the night market, close to many food shops, the grocery store across the street has normal prices, not expensive, the thrift store next door is easy-going, trying on clothes without buying is still pleasant, the clothes are nice, prices around 130 - 150. - Friendly and easy-going staff. - The hotel is clean, quite new, with an elevator (I rarely see elevators in Đà Lạt), the road is flat with parking space for 2 cars, if not, you can park at a lot nearby for 50k a night with free access (we were lucky to have parking at the hotel). - Hot water is available immediately, all amenities are complete, having paper towels would be even better. - The TV can access YouTube (since we have children, it was initially sad when the hotel said only regular TV was available, but when we stayed, we saw there was YouTube). ***Cons: - The road for 2 cars to turn around is tight - this is common in Đà Lạt. - The TV is a bit small, haha. - Wifi is a bit weak. - The elevator seems a bit weak. - The room is for 4 people but only has 2 tea and 2 coffee. - The free water bottle on the first day I drank had a slight smell of dampness, even though it was still sealed; on the second day, there was none, but the bottle color was a bit gray, in my opinion, a brighter bottle would look cleaner.
