Lancaster Legacy Hotel & Apartments

The team were absolutely amazing,nothing was to much for them and they truly cared for you. The room and all the facilities were 5 star,from the fantastic infinity pool to the most amazing breakfast. We will definitely stay here again and could highly recommend this stay to everyone. The location is a fantastic experience from mixing with the true local community and culture and food,and also in walking distance for the tourist experience.

We were really looking forward to staying here but quite a few things let us down. The kitchen isn’t permitted for use. We had plans to use the kitchen but told we couldn’t. Stove doesn’t work and there are no utensils. The pool was mouldy and quite disgusting (see photo). The voucher 200,000 VND was useless, we didn’t use it. Had to buy 500k to use voucher and we couldn’t use it on alcohol. The happy hour was also useless, cocktails are 250,000 VND BEFORE TAX and the happy hour is buy 2 for 1 free. Not buy one get one free. There is no washing machine - even for the 3 bedroom apartment. The windows were dirty, not as dirty as the pool but still dirty. The only good thing was that some of the staff were very nice and accommodating. Credit to the wonderful staff but management really needs to rethink the kitchen washing machine vouchers, prices of cocktail and maintenance of the pool. Sedona in District 1 has 230k VND cocktails and a buy 1 get 1 free happy hour and a much cleaner pool. Washing machine and kitchen you can actually use.

Should be one of the most consideration accommodation during your holiday with family!!

Hard to find a new, clean, apartment style living in the heart of saigon that comes with great hotel service and friendly helpful staff. Located within walking distance of food and fashion.

Staffs are very polite and helpful, always putting a smile to greet. Room is clean and truly enjoy the stay. There is 7-11, watson and a few shops for ladies in the area. It will be on my stay list if I am to visit HCM again.

Overall, this was an accommodation I was really satisfied with. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was convenient for using Grab or taxis. Above all, the staff were very friendly. They always greeted me first whenever I passed by, so I could start and end each day in a good mood whether I was leaving the hotel or coming back. Because I usually enjoy running, I asked the front desk about nearby places to run, and a female staff member looked it up and recommended a park. Thanks to her, I had the special experience of running in a local park during my trip, which is a memory I’ll personally always cherish. I want to thank that kind staff member again! On checkout day, there was something I didn’t fully understand about the hotel’s food policy, and a staff member kindly explained it and handled the situation considerately, for which I was grateful. There were a few minor downsides: - There are two shower rooms, but one of them didn’t have a shelf for toiletries, which was a bit inconvenient. - Since there are two shower rooms, it would be nicer if there were two hairdryers as well. - Although there is a kitchen and an induction cooker and I thought light cooking would be allowed, it was a bit disappointing that foods with strong odors are restricted from being eaten inside the room. Still, these are small complaints, and overall I was satisfied with the service, the room, and the location. Thanks especially to the friendly staff, this stay left me with very good memories. I would like to stay here again if I return to Ho Chi Minh City.

This is a very new hotel and some facilities are not available yet but that said the pool and gym is ready and it was great. Get a nice view at the pool and the gym has more than enough equipments. The hotel also allowed me to check in abit earlier once the room is ready. Kudos and thank you very much. xxx was also kind enough to show me around and explaining where the facilities are located and also mentioned the hotel is not fully operational and some parts are under renovation. Because of that I heard the occasional renovation noise but nothing extremely terrible. The breakfast was superb as the selection was well varied. Location wise it’s walkable to Bu Vien street. Many shops and amenities around. The rooms are clean and big though lacking in certain things. Would be nice if they have a washing machine available in the bigger rooms for families. But overall a very nice place. Highly recommended with those with families. Once again thank you to the hotel staff for their friendliness and service.

Great value, clean rooms, good location. Breakfast was excellent, staff were helpful. The best part is the staff especially Ms. Son from the front desk. We experienced an issue (cigarette smell in the bathroom only) with the room and they made all efforts to find the cause and resolve it. She was very apologetic and we felt her genuine concern by constant follow ups multiple times daily. She is a very good ambassador of the hotel. Would return again because of how she and the team handled everything.
