“First Lantern Stay”
So clean and new are the rooms, fittings and just about everything is new. Staffs are great too. Hotel is newly renovated as per review, which caught my attention and interest in the first place. It is also so close to the Anusarn night market where after a long day out one can just stroll around with a comprehensive choice of shopping and food. Few things to note. The hotel requires a 1000baht cash deposit during check-in. Not a major problem, just prepare an extra 1000baht and you'll be fine. Also, the sound insulation probably needs to be looked at. Staying at level 2, one can hear a spoon dropped in the dining area. Once again, not a problem for me. I will consider coming back again in future trips

“AWESOME STAY!!!!!!”
Liked: Excellent customer service. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast every morning was awesome and the layout of the room was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. Within walking distance of the Night Bazaar.

“Love to stay here”
Stayed here for one night and really enjoyed it. The hotel is super clean, bright, and still has that fresh, brand-new feel. Excellent location to get around, too. Breakfast was just decent, but having it available before heading out was definitely a plus!

“Still worth the price but need improvement”
Overall, the hotel provides above my expectations in term of location, cleaniness, facilities, foods etc. For improvements: 1. Room should provide a intercom system if we need to contact the frontdesk receptionist. 2. Incident on shower cap no water shouldn't happen on the first day of guest check-in, some more is during 9pm after a long travel day.

“Excellent cost performance.”
The hotel is located near the Changkang Road night market, on the east side of the ancient city, with convenient transportation; there is a 7-Eleven right next to it. The breakfast has a great Thai flavor and the staff are very enthusiastic. When checking out, they gave a custom canvas bag as a farewell gift, which is an excellent value for money. The only downside is to try to avoid staying in the low floors facing north, as there is a performance venue in the night market that gets very loud until late at night. Additionally, the breakfast area on the first floor starts playing music at 8 AM, which is not suitable for those with light sleep or who enjoy sleeping in.

“Exceptional”
The room is very clean. As soon as you walk in, it smells nice. The bed is just the right softness, and the quality of the bedding and pillowcases is great. I really like it and will definitely come back if I'm in the area. The breakfast is reasonably sufficient; it's not very diverse, but it's adequate.

“Beautiful budget hotel”
Very close tonight Bazaar and lots of cafes and restaurants. Newly opened so everything is new. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed.
