Liked: The facilities were nice. Locations was good and the place was clean.

Disliked: The bed mattress was of poor quality it was a sponge which was wormed out on the sides so you could feel yourself sinking into the bed after a while. The restaurant served alcohol for breakfast (sparkling wine and rose) but you had to pay for water and tea/coffee for dinner even though we had a half board option. The coffee machines were switched off. And the water fountains were emptied. We stayed 3 nights and the water in the room was offered only during the first day too. Once inquired for more water the housekeeper advised that the water it is offered once for the full stay (would expect at lest a complementary water for the duration of the stay). There are no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. The sauna never worked although it was supposed to be on between 10:00-19:00 and the steam room had a strewn of boiling water running on the floor due to poor build so if not careful you could burn your feet.

Disliked: A smell pf a humidity in the room. We ask for another room,but hotel was overbooked

Liked: Breakfast and pools exceeded our expectations. Also really appreciated the laundry service. 17 euros per 3kg.

Disliked: The room was big but lacked comfort. The floor material meant sand got stuck in it and felty sticky at times. We had a giant cockroach under our bed - the staff tended to it quickly but it grossed me out. Our room was close to the main stairwell and the curtain does not have privacy shade - just black out curtain so had to keep our room shut. If you are close to the spa, there is an unpleasant spa smell.

Liked: Perfect for traveling with a toddler, very kid friendly, amazing breakfest and dinner, nice pool with kids area and a shady area, great food at the pool bar, nice staff everywhere, 3 min walk to the beach, spacious room and bathroom with no glass walls.

Disliked: Not the hotel's fault but the general location can have a slight bad smell. We read that it could be from a nearby stagnant and seaweed water near Alcudia and wetlands on the other side. We really have nothing negative to say about the hotel, it was a great stay.

Liked: The hotel has a very well-maintained and beautiful territory with a highly welcoming and friendly staff. There are four swimming pools designed for different needs, which makes the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The evening dinners are very diverse and of excellent quality. The location is also a big advantage, as it is very close to the sea. The rooms are cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided daily, which could also be taken to the beach and pool. Even the simplest room has a spacious balcony, which is a nice bonus.

Disliked: On the downside, there is not much storage space for clothes in the room, and there is no shelf in the bathroom to place personal items. The bathroom layout is also a bit unusual, with sliding doors for the toilet and the sink located directly in the room rather than in the bathroom area.

Liked: Staff was amazing - always friendly and willing to help. The hotel's common spaces were spacious and welcoming. Rooms were large and clean. Beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable.

Disliked: The entrances into the hotel room, the main part of the living space, and into the bathroom are VERY low. My husband is tall (but not overly so) and had to duck when passing through. It is especially challenging to remember in the middle of the night when you get up to go to the bathroom. Unfortunately, he whacked his head multiple times - making for a frustrating visit. Additionally, please do note that this is a family-friendly hotel. Our kids are grown, so it took us a some time to get used to the noise level at the breakfast buffet.

Liked: It’s a good location, very close to the beach. It has a big pool area and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is good too

Disliked: The breakfast area is full of people, it’s pretty loud and it’s just open for two hours. So you need to get up early just to be in a room, Loud with a lot of kids. Definitely didn’t enjoy that. And then there is almost never parking close to the hotel. It’s been hard to get street parking. And I don’t want to walk 5-7 minutes in the heat
