“Ein Zuhause weit weg von Zuhause. Definitiv einen Besuch wert!”
Liked: Ich war bereits das zweite Mal im Laya, weil ich mich hier einfach wohlfühle. Das Personal ist äusserst hilfsbereit und herzlich. Ich fühlte mich jederzeit willkommen. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend und dennoch nicht weit weg von diversen Shops, Cafés und Restaurants. Die Anlage ist gut gepflegt, die Zimmer schlicht und dennoch liebevoll eingerichtet und neu erhält man zusätzlich sehr guten Kaffee. Ein Zuhause weit weg von Zuhause. Definitiv einen Besuch wert! Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

“Worth the buck.”
Liked: Had such a nice stay at Laya Boutique Hotel! Was traveling solo and honestly felt very comfortable and safe here. Really loved the design of the place. It’s so pretty and has such a relaxing vibe. The room was beautiful and very comfortable and everything was super clean when I arrived. Really enjoyed the pool too 😊 The staff were all so nice and helpful! They helped me with renting a motorbike and finding a surf guide. They also gave me some really good food recommendations. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating which made the stay even better. Felt very welcome here and really enjoyed my time at Laya. Would definitely come back again when I’m in Siargao! 😊❤️

“Ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort, an dem ich zur Ruhe kommen konnte und mich rundum wohl fühlte.”
Liked: Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und kümmerte sich um all meine Anliegen innert kurzer Zeit. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. So lädt auch der Aufenthaltsraum sowie der Pool zum Verweilen ein. Der perfekte Ort, wenn du eine ruhige Unterkunft suchst, die dennoch in der Nähe von Restaurants und Shops liegt.
Disliked: Da fällt mir nichts ein.

“Above average”
Liked: The service is very welcoming and accommodating, and they respond pleasantly to all requests, even late at night. The pool is beautiful, clean, and well maintained.
Disliked: The access to the hotel is not very convenient, and unfortunately, the reality did not match the beautiful pictures shown online. The bed sheets did not feel clean or comfortable at all, and we had to ask for them to be changed. There was no blanket, and we were only provided with a sheet, which was not comfortable. The bed also has a spring mattress that was very uncomfortable. Overall, we were disappointed with the value for money. The hotel is quite expensive, and unfortunately, we did not feel that we received an experience that justified the price.

“Good”
My overall stay was pleasant. The room was well-maintained as the hotel is relatively new. The location was the only challenge I had during my overnight stay. It's also beside Lexias, a hostel with Gaya Roofdeck resto/bar which was a nice place to chill in.
