“Very shady”

Don't get fooled by the pictures. Once you enter, you will understand. It feels like the ceiling will fall down. Rooms are too shady. Not recommended to stay with family.

“We are a group of 5 booked 3 rooms”

The hotel staff are kind enough to let us keep our bags in reception before check in and we explored the spas meanwhile and had food before our check in time. Hotel is clean; little inside and a bit difficult to locate via map; hope your cab driver helps you

“Extremely poor to stay”

We were at 3rd follr, the carpet and roof are totally damaged and damp. An awefully bad smell were entire floor and inside the room. No sign of maintenance. Room light is very low and suffocated with bad smell. Establishment seems very old and now in a careless manner. I will recommend to avoid specially if u like to stay happy. There is a dirty environment inside.

“Torn carpets, no hot water not maintain well”

The carpets on the gally are torn due to which I flipped my feet and I had to go hospital, there is no hot water I had to shower with cold water and the rooms were out dates, except for the location everything is bad about the hotel.

“Worst Hotel I have ever stayed.”

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The room quality was extremely poor and far below what I expected. The bedsheets were not changed, basic toiletries were not provided, and there wasn’t even hand wash in the bathroom. The room had no view at all, while the outside corridor looked dark, unpleasant, and honestly quite horrifying. The breakfast was also very poor, with very limited quality and options. I am genuinely surprised that Agoda has this property listed with the expectations it creates for guests. This was probably the first time in my life that I actually felt uncomfortable staying in a hotel room and didn’t want to stay there any longer. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this hotel. How could Agoda include this hotel!!
