LE PALM HOTEL

Cheap price and kind of shabby/ready-for-renovation — places like this are hard to find. The location is a bit iffy, but the room was clean and the pool was great. It's really a soulful place; when I go to Pattaya I only stay here. You'll be using Grab or Bolt anyway, the fares are reasonable, and although some facilities are a bit old, it's not bad.

Stayed with friends and had a great experience. The hotel's facilities are average but very clean, and the public areas are tidy and comfortable. The pool and courtyard are beautifully maintained. The room was a decent size and kept clean, and the location is convenient for getting around. Whether for relaxing and chatting or short trips, it’s very suitable. Overall great value — highly recommended for travelers coming with companions.

I had a wonderful stay at LE PALM HOTEL in Pattaya. The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and a very convenient location for enjoying the city. The staff were welcoming and helpful, which made the stay even better from check-in to check-out. The pool area was a great place to relax, and the hotel felt peaceful while still being close to many of Pattaya’s attractions. I also appreciated the free Wi‑Fi and parking, which made everything more convenient during my stay. Overall, LE PALM HOTEL is a lovely place to stay in Pattaya, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable hotel experience.

From the outside it looks nice and the interior seems spacious, but some things aren’t as the hotel described. For example, free Wi‑Fi — there was no usable Wi‑Fi and the TV wouldn’t work with the internet; we had to share our own hotspot to get channels. The water pressure was low and sometimes there was no water for 3–4 hours. Overall it was okay but not great. The atmosphere was fine — quiet with no noise from other rooms. The pool is available to use at any time, which is very good. There is no breakfast. The reception staff didn’t seem very attentive. This morning I wanted water; the hotel had left two bottles but I drank them both, so I asked to buy more and they said no, and told me to wait for the cleaning staff. It was early, about 7 a.m. — how long was I supposed to wait for housekeeping? The male receptionist was glued to his phone and didn’t pay attention; the female receptionist spoke to guests politely but sometimes didn’t make eye contact.

It looked great in the photos, but in reality the furniture inside was very old, like it was decorated decades ago. That didn’t matter as much — the important thing is someone opened my outside door at 1 PM. It was terrifying. The room smelled awful, and the towels and linens were truly disgusting. I felt uncomfortable all night.

In the room, the smell is bad. Toilet and basin is not good enough for clean.

Very quiet during the day, with a lovely pool. Plenty of places to eat nearby, so it’s suitable for long stays. If you’re going out early and coming back late every day for just a few nights, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There’s no breakfast. The blanket was uncomfortable. The bungalow I stayed in before had a slightly hard bed; this time I stayed in a ground-floor room across the way with a smaller bed, and the mattress in my room was uncomfortable. The towels and sheets are very old, but they’re reasonably clean and changed daily. Housekeeping does a very thorough job.
