“Excellent location with friendly staff”

Liked: The Hotel is perfect for a stay in Lyon, as it centrally located and the staff are friendly and welcoming. We upgraded to a Suite which was on the upper floor with a view of Bellecour Square.

Disliked: The room was a little dated and requires some upgrading - especially the bathroom. Otherwise everything was perfect.

“Worn out hotel still super comfy and quiet. You get what you pay for.”

Liked: The beds are very comfortable and the room was very quiet so, good for sleeping

Disliked: The hotel is much more worn out than when we were there 7 years ago. Shower drain was broken, sink cracked, closet door glass broken. Nothing fixed I assume because the hotel is undergoing renovations. They just put down flooring in the lobby and smelled of glue. So what I didn't like was not being warned that the standard would be low due to pending and ongoing renovations.
