• Government regulations require all guests (on single/double/triple occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity card e.g. driving license, passport, or voter’s ID card. Lemon Tree Hotels doesn’t accept the PAN card as an id proof for check in for any of the hotel.
• Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in. The property does not accept PAN cards as a valid ID proof of identity.
• Rooms can now be provided on single, double or triple occupancy, at the corresponding rates. During the current pandemic, this facility may be amended based on guidelines from government authorities in the future • Visitors will not be allowed on guest floors in order to maximise safety • Temperature checks will be conducted every time a guest, team member or vendor enters the property. Should the temperature be higher than 99 degrees, along with other symptoms, including but not limited to coughing, sneezing and shortness of breath, entry to the property will be denied and the guest will be provided with the details of the nearest hospital or healthcare facility • Guests are requested to download the Aarogya Setu mobile application for their and others safety. Guests are advised not to visit containment zones • At the time of check-in, guests will be required to submit a self-declaration form and share their travel history for the 20 days prior to arrival • A complete set of house rules will be shared via WhatsApp and/or email, prior to and on arrival, which must be strictly adhered while on the premises • Management reserves the rights of admission and refusal of service for guests not following social distancing, cleanliness and hygiene norms and the house rules We request you to please familiarise yourself with our new standard operating procedures and house rules. • For one child below 6 years of age, and/or one child between 6 and 12 years, the property will provide an extra bed on chargeable basis. Children above 6 years of age will be charged half the adult price for breakfast. Up to two children below the age of 6 years can stay on a complimentary basis, inclusive of breakfast, in the same room For two children above 6 years of age, an additional room must be booked.
• When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
• Republic of Noodles, Slounge and Tangerine 2 are undergoing refurbishment work and will be closed till further notice.
• Christmas Eve dinner and New Year's Eve gala dinner are available for guests staying on 24th December and 31st December respectively, at an additional charge. For more details, please contact the front desk.
• Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
