“Amazing place and people! Would definitely stay the same place again.”
Liked: Common areas are clean and organized and the hotel in general smells amazing! Very nice pool and the parking although not theirs is free in front of the hotel and we had no issues finding parking ever. We had an issue with the shower drain during our stay and reported them. The next opportunity they had already fixed and everything was great!
Disliked: I never complained about this so it might be that they would have simply fixed it as well but the shower would randomly move from hot to cold while showering haha

“Very good”
Liked: The staff were amazing, the location is good and the price was reasonable.
Disliked: The challenges were: 1) Wifi didn't work in some of our rooms 2) AC didn't work in some of the rooms as well. When we checked in, one of the rooms had a mildew smell so we needed to change rooms. Otherwise, it was a great place for our trip.

“The stay was okay, nothing more than that.”
Liked: Great service from staff and free parking. Good location when you have a car. Not too far from everything.
Disliked: The stay was okay. We were expecting a little bit better. We were a little disappointed with our stay. When we arrived, there were small red stains on the bedsheets, the air conditioning and fridge were not working properly (the fridge wasn’t cold enough to keep drinks cold), and the shower temperature kept changing between hot and cold. The hotel quickly changed the bedsheets, which we appreciated. A technician also came to check the other issues, but we were told everything was working normally. Unfortunately, we continued to have the same problems for the rest of our stay. The room also lacked some basic amenities, such as a bottle opener for example.

Disliked: I paid double what the room was selling for on the day of my stay. Very poor service, rude staff, and disappointing breakfast. Definitely not worth the price.

“5 star staff in a 2 or 3 star hotel”
Liked: Staff was impeccable. Lovely and helpful. Just great things to say about them.
Disliked: It's definitely not good value for what it costs. It's just an average hotel pretending to be fancy.

“Really good hotel for group of girls”
Liked: Good location, really nice hotel has everything you need. Good pool and plenty of sunloungers never felt too busy. Good food and drinks menu. We went for a hen do and the room set up was great
Disliked: It is next to a busy road however it didn’t bother us it was just like white noise in the end
