Leonardo Hotel London Croydon

Overall, a safe and clean place with nice staff. But very small and loud you can hear all of the noises from the rooms next to you and the hallway and the rooms are very tiny like the size of a closet. It’s just expensive for what you get out of it.

Liked: Good staff..good food and comfortable beds.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Great location, quiet, near public transit

Liked: The reception staff are far above and beyond the usual area service level. They go out of there way to make you feel welcomed and serviced. The girls at the front desk are so helpful and always make me and my son feel like special guests. Very thankful.

Liked: The well sized room, soft mattress and pillows, the sumptuous breakfast, and a well stoked fridge, biscuits, magazines to read.... this was my best stay yet at the Leonardo, Croydon. Kudos to the entire team. Keep it up.

Disliked: The reception area could be cleaned more frequently.

Liked: The hotel is located very close to the east Croydon train station. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast, included in the package was reasonable. What made the experience stand out was the friendliness of the staff, who were truly exceptional.

Disliked: Would have preferred freshly cooked eggs over the standard scrambled egg option. Otherwise, the breakfast was wholesome.
