“Great location and staff”
Accommodations are top-notch, location is superb, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The little touches like pre-filling the Nespresso machine and stocking fresh fruit daily in the room really make this stay extra special. I had a great time at this property. The only downside, if I had to nitpick, is the effectiveness of the air conditioning but this seems to be a recurring issue across properties and brands worldwide. So, I won't take off a star for the air conditioning because it worked well-enough. I'd definitely stay here again!

“Impeccable Service”
We had a great six-night stay at Les Suites. What stood out the most, was the attentiveness of the staff. The breakfast and cocktail hour servers were non-intrusive, yet were there clearing plates, refilling items, serving cooked to order items quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. The front desk also helped us with dinner reservations, and always greeted us when we left or entered the building. Although the hotel is dated, the room was very clean and spacious, and the welcome fruit bowl was a nice touch which you can request to be refilled anytime. The bed was very comfy and the room nice and quiet on the 6th floor. As others have mentioned, the brown and green MTR stations are a 2 min walk away, and taxis are plentiful. We never waited more than three minutes for a cab ride. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this hotel.

The location is extremely close to the station, making access excellent. There is a happy hour, and the all-you-can-eat and drink option included alcohol. Additionally, coffee is available 24 hours, and the service was fantastic. The breakfast was also very delicious and had a wide variety. I highly recommend it.

“The view from the room is perfect for those who don't need it.”
Conveniently located just a short distance from the station, and only two stations away from Matsuyama Airport. There are various restaurants and convenience stores in the surroundings. Since it is almost in the center of the downtown area, it is surprisingly convenient for moving around to sightseeing spots via the subway. The hotel is an impeccable 4-star hotel. The lounge in the evening is excellent, and while I had planned to sample various foods, I found myself completely satisfied just being here. After that, if I wanted to eat lightly at a night market, I could first enjoy some wine here and then head out. For some reason, Japanese people cannot reserve the Regent Hotel through Agoda, so I think I'll choose this place again next time.

“Huge complimentary and good location”
Breakfast and happy hour drink and snack are good. Room is a bit old by the time but full with all the important things you need. A bit lack of power plug outlets. Room is quiet, so good for rest. 7-E and Family Mart nearby. Pharmacy and restaurant and shop surrounded by the hotel. Subway in front of the hotel. You will feel like old money and very privacy when you stay in this hotel.
